ProductivIT agent software is a collection of C and C++ executables that reside on each PC for data collection and just in time debugging. The agent collector also uses various XML files for determining the agent settings and for data transmission.

The ProductivIT web portal uses a MySQL database running Linux servers. The web site is built on the PHP scripting language with HTML, JAVASCRIPT and XML/XSTL.

Because the agent is based on a series of XML text based files, it is very easy to customize the look and feel just by changing these files. A logo language, or text change can happen very quickly. The current agent collects up to 30,000 data points of information on each PC, but in the event that you would like the agent to collect some additional data that is currently not captured, then a new collector could be added.

The web portal was also built with customization in mind. All the parameters are table driven and controlled by your organization. The incident data views are based on the XML files and can be adjusted by creating the XSLT. The logo and home page are also under your control.
