The implementation process will start off-site with information gathering on infrastructure, process oriented issues, and agent and portal customization. After the agent customization is complete we will dispatch our team to your location for installation of the agent and portal setup. The implementation package also includes one day of user training for up to 12 people and all training material. The number of PCs and your software distribution method will determine the length of the implementation engagement.
