Keeping track of your PC inventory has never been easier than with the ProductivIT Agent and Administrative Portal. By installing the agent on the desktop that you wish to inventory, you can take a baseline snapshot and then create an inventory schedule to check on the status of the machine. The inventory schedule information is entered through the administrative portal and can be set to activate weekly, monthly, on demand or a specific date. The asset inventory can capture the desktop in the background without the user's knowledge that a capture is occurring.

The ProductivIT agent currently captures 30,000 data points from any Windows PC and will report back on the attached printers and external disk drives. When you combine the data capture with the query filters and views, you can answer virtually any asset inventory question.

Readiness Assessment

With ProductivIT's Readiness Assessment facility you will be able to determine when an asset is ready for an upgrade. The administrator create an assessment requirement list and anyone can run a report against these requirements.
