In order to become a ProductivIT Partner a vendor
must agree to fully comply with the ProductivIT Partner
Privacy Policy, which states that the affiliated vendor
will not, under any circumstance, use information
gathered during the ProductivIT Problem Resolution
Process for any purpose other than the investigation
of the reported incident. At no time is personal information
supplied by the User to be released to any third party
without the express prior consent of the User. The
Partner also agrees not to use any personal contact
information gathered during the ProductivIT support
process to communicate with a User outside the support
process.
ProductivIT Partner Privacy
Policy
Participation in the ProductivIT Partner Program
requires acceptance of the following terms in relation
to the use of data gathered during the ProductivIT
Problem Resolution Process.
The Partner agrees not to use any information gathered
during the investigation of a ProductivIT Incident
for any reasons other than the resolution of the reported
problem using the tools provided within the ProductivIT
support system.
The Partner agrees not to share, sell or in any way
release personal information gathered during the ProductivIT
process with any third parties without the express
prior consent of the User.
The Partner agrees not use the User's email address,
mailing address, phone or facsimile number for any
communications not directly associated with the ProductivIT
support process without the consent of the User.
The Partner agrees not to use the ProductivIT support
system website or ProductivIT Software Agent for any
purpose other than the authorized software support
of registered users within the ProductivIT support
system.
